HOSPITALITY OPPORTUNITIES WITH
SEVERN VALLEY STYLE!

The Severn Valley Railway provides a unique setting for corporate events, business meetings, product launches and special celebrations.

Small business events, including the private dinners, or large scale corporate functions can be accommodated on a range of historic, preserved trains and can be tailored to meet individual requirements.

Parties of up to 350 can be accommodated in a private train; up to 140 guests can be wined and dined in style in immaculate dining cars, dating from the early 1930s, and for exclusive parties of up to 23, one of our luxurious Observation Saloons can be hired.

In addition to our service of steam hauled trains we are now pleased to offer new ‘fixed’ facilities at Kidderminster and Highley which are suitable for a range of events and activities  for groups of varying sizes. Use of these facilities can again be tailored to individual requirements and linked to our service of heritage steam trains if required.

So whatever the occasion you can be assured of a warm welcome from the steam railway with the personal touch.

Restaurant Car Services

One of the great traditions of the Steam Age was the railway dining car, with its immaculately-laid tables, uniformed staff and high quality cuisine. All this is faithfully recreated for your pleasure and for the enjoyment of your guests.

Whilst relaxing over a leisurely dinner you can glimpse the rooftops of medieval Bewdley, you can sample the beauty of the river as it glides through ancient forests, and you can pause to breathe in the tranquility of Arley village as your train passes through its station.

Charter Your Own Train

The Severn Valley Railway offers you the opportunity to entertain your guests in a unique atmosphere of bygone days. The combination of steam-hauled charter trains and quality cuisine can be tailored to your individual requirements and is available to you, daytime or evenings, seven days a week. Choose between our restaurant car train which can accommodate up to 140 diners or one of our Observation Saloons which provide an intimate dining venue on the move for groups of up to 23 people.

The Severn Valley Railway is an ideal choice for companies looking for an unusual venue close to the heart of the West Midlands yet offering excellent value for money. Both Kidderminster and Bridgnorth stations provide on-site parking for cars and coaches.

Other services can be arranged such as drinks receptions, the station shops can be made available for the purchase of gifts and souvenirs. There is also a gift shop at The Engine House. Bar facilities can be provided on your train, and also at Kidderminster and Bridgnorth stations.
