IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING FACE COVERINGS FROM 29TH NOVEMBER

To comply with new government guidelines, passengers must wear a face covering when in our shops, train corridors and open carriage sets unless exempt. This applies to all passengers on Steam in Lights, Enchanted Express, Carol Trains and Santa Train services.

Face coverings are strongly recommended in shared indoor or enclosed spaces, such as our toilets, bars, restaurants and ticket offices, unless consuming food or drink. You can remove your face covering when seated in a private compartment and the door is closed.

Santa Trains – In addition to the above, passengers travelling on board the Santa Trains will be asked to continue to wear your face coverings upon entering the marquee at Arley – where you will see the festive show Jingle, Jangle and the North Pole Lake.

Carol Trains – Face coverings are strongly recommended in shared indoor or enclosed spaces, such as our toilets, bars, restaurants and ticket offices, unless consuming food or drink. Unless exempt, please think of others and continue to wear a face covering during your visit to The Engine House for the festive concert.

Thank you for looking after yourself and others during your next visit to the Severn Valley Railway.
