Loyalty Pass - Important Information

Loyalty Pass holders, we’d like to thank you for your patience during these unprecedented times and thank you for travelling with us in 2020.

As we prepare to reopen for 2021, we wanted to give you a full update, so you have all the information on enjoying your visit.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS 

The health and safety of our guests and our staff is our number one priority. In order to comply with government guidelines, we need to manage our capacity to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit. Because of this, all passengers will be required to pre-book a ticket online.

To pre-book tickets, you’ll need to visit our Ticket Office and enter your Loyalty Pass number at the checkout, preceded by LP, to zero the balance or receive the appropriate discount for special events. For example; Loyalty Pass holder 1234, would need to enter LP1234 at the checkout.

You must only travel with the number of people your Loyalty Pass entitles you to.If you would like to take more than the number of people covered by the pass, you may do so; the fare for the extra people is £15 per adult, or £10 per child or SVR member, payable at the booking office on the day (up to the maximum total number of people of 6 per compartment).
