Notice for loyalty pass holders regarding 2021 benefits

Dear Loyalty Pass Holder,

Thank you for your continued support for the Severn Valley Railway during the pandemic.

In 2020 and during the first two quarters of 2021, all levels of loyalty pass holders received unlimited uses of the Railway in our compartment stock, with 100% discount to thank you for your support throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. However, we now need to make some changes to the Loyalty Pass system.

The booking process will remain the same (enter LP and your family pass or loyalty pass number in the discount code box), but you’ll now receive benefits related to the level of Severn Valley Railway Loyalty pass that you hold.

The following arrangements apply to standard excursion services:

Online Booking System
One Adult £25 off compartment, 100% off tables
Two Adults £50 off compartments, 100% off tables
One Adult + up to four children 100% off tables and compartments
Two Adults + up to four children 100% off tables and compartments 
 Disabled + Carer £50 off compartments, 100% off tables 

The discount for eligible special events remains at up to 65% off for all levels of Loyalty Pass.

Any additional passengers not covered by your Loyalty Pass, will be able to purchase a reduced-priced ticket for £15 on arrival at the Booking Office to travel. Current bookings made by Loyalty Pass holders are being reviewed. If you are aware of any bookings you have made that are more than your entitlement, please contact us to arrange payment.
