Step back in time to a world of discovery at the Severn Valley Railway. Choose your train and travel in a private compartment or at a reserved table as you steam through the Severn Valley with family and friends.

Please pre-book your tickets online to guarantee travel; tickets are on sale online until 3.00pm the day before travel.

Haven't booked? Don't worry, you can usually still purchase tickets on the day you want to travel - tickets can be purchased from the booking office at Kidderminster or Bridgnorth.

Each day, our popular excursion trains give you the opportunity to explore the full length of the line and visit The Engine House Visitor Centre without the worry of having to plan your day.

To keep you safe, you will have your own private compartment or socially distanced table for the whole day and an exciting itinerary to enjoy! Whilst we're operating excursion trains, you cannot switch trains during the day.

Until July 2nd, this goes to Highley, where it stops for 20 minutes before returning to Kidderminster. As an alternative to Highley, it also stops at Arley, enabling a 45-minute break for a picnic or a walk down to the river.
